Hacking into someone's phone is not only EXTREMELY difficult to do, it costs SIGNIFICANT Money. Are you someone who is extremely important on the world stage, like a head of state, politician, CEO of a major corporation? If no, the chances that someone had the funds, technology or need to hack their way into your phone are beyond remote.
A better question is why do you think someone may be mirroring your screen?
