Converting video to iPod-compatible format on Apple TV app for Windows

I have a windows pc with windows 11 installed and a ipod classic 7 with 160gb of storage and my pc has apple tv and apple devices installed when i sync the video to the ipod i get the error saying it cant be played on this ipod i looked up on how to and i cant find it on google i checked convert to ipod version but i need itunes to convert it i use apple tv and i cant find the convert to ipod version using handbrake didnt work

this is the error “Video” was not copied to the iPod “My iPod” because it cannot be played on this iPod.

or
* H.264 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, (up to) 640×480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Baseline Profile up to Level 3.0 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
or
* MPEG-4 (Part 2) video, up to 2.5 Mbps, (up to) 640×480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats


You’ll have to manually tweak HandBrake encoding parameters to get the required specs, as none of the presets seem to fit precise enough.

I would suggest the second-listed video specs, as the first and third are a bit more difficult.

See if my test clip is working for you. Unfortunately, I have no iPod Classic to test it on myself. If it does work, then I can share the settings that I used, if it is not obvious from the above technical specifications.
