Continuity camera popup suggestion upon opening MacBook Pro when no cameras are in use

This has happened twice now in the past 3 days; upon opening my MacBook pro (13 inch, 2019, Sonoma 14.6) and logging in, I will have the continuity camera "use iPhone as a webcam" suggestion on my screen. I'm sure it wasn't there when I closed my Mac and none of the camera apps are open or were opened before I closed it. I had no FaceTimes/Zoom calls while the laptop was open or after closing it and didn't use Photobooth or anything else that I can think of prompting the suggestion. What could be causing this?? I'm worried that something is trying to access my camera and that's why I'm getting the continuity camera popup, but both times it must have happened while my laptop was closed and in sleep mode. I have run a Malwarebytes scan and nothing is coming up and my camera has a cover. I also turned off continuity camera option on my phone.

I can't find any information about this happening to anyone else. The only time I have ever seen this prompt before is when opening an app the uses the camera and I have always just pressed remind me later. I can't tell what is making the suggestion come up while the laptop is closed and I just want to make sure it's not something trying to access my camera!

go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff and toggle off Continuity Camera.
