What should I do if I see unknown devices on Find My iPhone?

"Find my iphone 'HP Administrator Iphone': Last night I noticed a phone named HP administrator iphone was on my find my portal. This freaked me out as I was concerned someone broke into my icloud account. It said the iphone was an older model so was one of my older phones named this for some reason? I also have an HP computer I recently logged in on it so maybe it’s that? I’m paranoid and am curious if someone call help me."
