iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.6.2 doesn't respond to a Touch 'n Go NFC card

There is no response when i tap my touch n go NFC card at the front camera area or other area of my iphone 15 promax. i try to restart my phone and its failed as well. my last update using the same method was on 12/7/2025 and when i want to reload my touch n go nfc card again on 1/9/2025, its failed.
