Physical SIM network not available on my iPhone 12 mini

I'm stuck in sos I've done everything toggled airplane mode, reset my phone, took out the sim cleaned it made sure it was in correctly, checked my settings for updates, even factory reset my phone, aswell as called my carrier for 2 hours. They told me resetting my phone was last resort. When I did this it went straight into sos and now won't even budge or load. I don't know what to do at this point I'm paying for data I'm not even getting
