macOS Console Log Flooded with 'WindowServer com.apple.SkyLight Invalid actual_host_time' error

The System Log files are normally pruned by the operating system 

There must be some very specific reason why the User ( you ) find it necessary to search the System Log Files 

Is there a specific performance issue occurring on the computer ?

If so, please try to outline this issue with as much detail and possible 

A word to be wise 

Most of what does appear in these log files are rather useless to use

Not since about OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard were the Console Log files useful for Trouble Shooting

Most , if not all , the entries are basically gibberish except for maybe  Apple Engineers

Who would need to run the log through a Special Software they have,  in-order to truly understand what it is saying / indicating
