delete data from icloud+ one 1 device

I have iphone6 that I want to use as a ipod. I've lost space due to icloud+ backups etc. I don't need this phone to be included or even online.

So how do I delete all the icloud+ stuff and not delete it everywhere else?

Removing the device from active devices doesn't work, it just hides the used space.
