Blank Safari page on iPhone XR with redirect issue

hi , I have a iPhone XR, sorry I know it's old but it's gift from a friend who is here anymore .

Well safari completes loading but is blank , i have tried to use reader , the only way to view is through print preview.

ive checked security, cleared web data , checked for extensions and followed instructions from Apple support using a google browser cause safari doesnt work .

I had issue last weekend , when safari kept redirecting my browers to different sites.

ive pinned the sites to the browser. Not sure if I should delete those pinned sites .
