How can I stop payment when I have got scammed?

Well, I made a order was only supposed to pay $30 and when I went to my Apple Pay is 70 some dollars that is it says pending I have tried to contact the company by email like they said and have not got no response back when I went to my transaction on Apple Pay I found out it’s a whole different name if that’s how I know I was being scammed. I asked Apple Green Dot Bank please stop payment. They told me that they cannot in. I have to wait until the post but you don’t let them take my money out when you the bank and Apple has my money. 00 you all got it. That’s what I told him I need some helphow can I get Apple green dot bank or Apple to stop payment do not let these people get my money you all have it on hold so why not y’all can just stop payment I was told y’all can’t stop payment until it has been posted and then I could dispute it I have been on the phone with Apple today, September 5, 2025 for about two hours right after I made the order and I checked my Apple Pay and it says pending so how can I get them to stop payment because they have it on hold and do not let these scammers get my money somebody help me.
