Dark grey line after spam calls and texts on iPhone

I have been getting this grey line that appears for a second or two after receiving a text or phone call from these spam phone numbers. The line at the top is similar to the hotspot line that appears when you are connected to a device, but this one's color is dark grey and has a different symbol. What does this indicate and is it anything I should be concerned about?

I will try to take a screenshot the next time it appears and share.

When you connect to a Persona Hotspot, you get and not any line.

Personal Hotspot connection. iPhone is connected to the internet through the Personal Hotspot of another device. See Join a Personal Hotspot.

To improve my understanding of the phenomenon, it would be highly beneficial if you could share a full screenshot (Do not crop it). Visual representations carry a greater impact than written descriptions.

If the screenshot does not capture it, take a snapshot from another device.
