Unable to recover missing purchased movies on iPhone Apple TV app

I purchased, “Summer Rental”, last year and it’s missing from my Apple TV app etc. It’s also missing from my Apple receipts. I have Apple the benefit of the doubt and tried purchasing it but got a pop-up that I already purchased it!
