Why won't the web browser in Apple Watch load? Because when I try to access it, it loads but the screen is black. Sometimes I see a bit of the page I was looking for but then it just closes.

While Safari does not exist for the Watch there is supposed to be a system level browser based on WebKit. The only suggestion I can offer is to restart your Watch. This would assume your Watch is paired with your iPhone and/or is a cellular model.
