iPhone 13 mini stuck answering a voicemail

Hi, my iPhone 13 mini is stuck - screen is answering a voicemail- I cannot swipe up - hit the end button or x

I cannot use my phone

it will not switch off

I’ve removed the SIM tried airplane mode nothing is working!

there is a permanent black lozenge top left when accessing other functions as if I am

in a call

help appreciated
