In my Library, the folder Group Containers has a storage of 162 GB!! How do I clean this?

That would be a question for its developer: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
We can assume items (files, folders, etc) used by the app in question are required for its proper function, and I assume that would be considered "important". It's up to us to decide which apps to install on a Mac, how to use them, how to update them, and how to get rid of them when you no longer want them.
Addnl info… the subfolder group.net.whatsapp.Whatsapp.shared has 76 GB… can this be safely deleted?
