How do I remove an old email address from autofill so only the updated one appears?

I received an email from a friend that is in my contacts. She said she will now be using a new email address. So I went into Contacts and edited the old email to the new email. When I tested the email her old email fills in. I went to Other Contacts and deleted her old address. I can't seem to find a way to have her new email address autofill instead of the old. Can't find the route by going to Settings - See All Settings - Adavanced - Suggested Addresses. Don't see Suggested Addresses.
