Purple box with superimposed ovals in the dynasty box?
I can’t turn off the phone nor can I get my apps. The screen is blank except for the dynasty box.

What model phone do you have?
You can try a forced restart. Press and release volume up, then volume down, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this can take 20-30 seconds).
