how to add another wifi network for printer
My wifi is down, I'm using a different network, how do I get my printer on this network?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.7

That will depend entirely on the printer.
What printer make and model is this?
Does it have a control panel where you can choose the network?
How did you add it to your Wi-Fi network originally?

Depends on your Printer. Some manufactures allow you to choose the network from a display panel and others like HP requires you to use the HP Smart app when there is no Display Panel to choose the WiFi Network.
You'll need to use the HP Utility Setup Assistant to configure the Wi-Fi network for the printer then while the printer is connected to the Mac over USB.

Or the HP app:

In my experience with Epson & HP printers, you have to remove & reinstall the printer if you want to change the WiFi network setup for the printer. It's the reason I have never implemented WiFi on any printer. I install with USB on one Mac and then enable printer sharing instead.
Laserjetp1102w
simple b&w printer
no control panel
It was installed originally some years ago, and I have forgotten how, except that someone walked me through many steps.
Thanks for help.
