iphone fitness app outdoor run map clutter

I have some idiot's home business showing up on my iPhone Fitness app outdoor run Map. How do I get rid of this garbage? I don't currently have Apple Maps installed. I do have Google Maps. The route info comes from my Apple watch but I don't know where the map generation info comes from.
