Disappearing Apple Music playlist across devices

My playlist, which was 1200+ songs, now has 87 of them. i did nothing with iCloud or library synchronization, i just opened the app and saw my playlist gone. its all across my devices and i cant contact apple bucause the phone line doesnt work for me. i dont know what to do.
