ING Italia app doesn't appear in the list "upgrade app in background" on iPhone

Hi all, iphone XR.

I uploaded and successfully installed & configured the ING Italia app.

Unfortunately the app doesn't appear in the list "upgrade app in background" as it happens for other app on my iphone.

I don't understand if this is a problem related to my iphone or related to ING Italia app. Any advice on this ? Thanks.
