Charged after cancelling free trial subscription

Hello, I recently subscribed to a free trial of Apple News. Right after activating the free trial, I went ahead and cancelled it immediately to avoid being charged when the trial period ended. However, I was still charged on my credit card linked to Apple Pay.

Who should I contact at Apple to resolve this and request a refund?

Thank you for your help.

Use the link provided by Carol B to request a refund. Free Trials are only for new subscribers so if you ever used a trial before, you will be charged. You can see the details for new subscribers here on the Apple News site and if you choose the offer and had previously used a free trial, it will not be listed on the Authorization Screen where you must double click the side button. The only thing you will see is the Subscription price and Subscription Start Date, which will be the same day as you authorized. The same is true if you are on a Family Plan and another member used the free trial where that subscription is shared. Every member of the Family Plan does not get 1 month for free to be shared with others.
