Safari on New iPhone Isn't Working... Can I Fix It?

I just got the iPhone 16 and for some reason, my Safari start page appears completely blank with no way for me to search anything. The only way I can get the Start Page to work is if I click the "Tab Groups" button on the bottom middle and create a New Empty Tab Group. Does anyone know how I can fix this so I do not have to do this just to see the Start Page?
