Trouble Getting FCP X XML Audio only file to connect with Audio only files in Resolve

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I'm trying to create an AAF file from my FCP X Audio XML file (1.11, or 1.10, or 1.9). It ha been suggested that I load it into DVR, and then save/export as an AAF. However, when I load into DVR it keeps saying that it can't find hundreds of files, even though they are all there.

My guess is that it's trying to find all of the video files as well.

Anyone have a suggestion? AND/OR a simple way to create an AAF audio file from my XML Audio files, without paying for the expensive converter?
