Incorrect flagged email count on iPhone SE 3rd gen and iPad 8th gen

The flagged email count is wrong on both my iPhone SE3 & my iPad 8th gen. Both have been updated to iOS 18but this issue started long before. Funny thing, the counts are wrong on both devices, but they both have a different count. Help!
