I turned on iCloud Tabs in Safari on my iPad. I now want to turn it off. How can I do this. There doesn’t seem to be a setting.

It is just the Safari setting under iCloud that you would turn off. Go to Settings > [name on top] > iCloud, and tap See All. Flip the toggle switch on Safari to off.
