User education used 30.3 mb of data in 8 days. Uninstalled apps and time and location have used almost half of the 9.38 GB total. I’ve only had this phone eight days.

Was this phone set up by transferring data from an older phone? If so, the statistics for data would also have transferred.
My data statistics go back to 2018. I'm currently using an iPhone 15 Pro that wasn't released until 2023.

No, this phone was new with a new number. I knew Apple ID and no data transferred.
It is updated. I’ve only had the phone for eight or nine days.
