online miacademy video not working

Hello! Recently, I have been doing online education but for the past two weeks, the videos are glitching up and after I print the PDF it just sends me to the normal video but it's all gray and I can't hear anything in that or I can't click anything and when I try restarting the whole computer, it doesn't work ev resetting the website it still doesn't work. Please tell me what I can do to fix this because I can't watch any videos or do anything except for the lessons. Thank you.
