No sound after 18.6.2 update on iPhone 12 Pro Max

I downloaded the update yesterday and since then I have no sound on any social media videos, cannot use my microphone to speak text on occasion, my alarms are on silent. I have restarted my phone several times I’ve adjusted the volumes, turned off Bluetooth in settings and nothing has helped. Can I restore my phone back to how it was before the update? I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro.

Does your iPhone 12 Pro Max still have its original battery?

Try restarting your phone: control center > top left button > slide to power off

or hard reset : press vol up > press vol down > hold power button until apple logo appears
