Hi to all , I can recovery space from my disk from Mac 3 256 GB with a secure app ?
I viewed on the web some application works to free space on disk , but there apps are a pay or subscription . I search one open source app .

If you want to see what's taking space on your drive, use the free OmniDiskSweeper or Disk Inventory X. Do NOT use CleanMyMac (better called RuinMyMac) or other 3rd party apps to 'clean' your space. The above utilities show you the biggest users of space – mostly those turn out to be your own data (as one example, the cloud storage solution I use for work has a 200 GB cache for local files that macOS lumps in with Applications in System Settings > Storage).
Follow these instructions to free up storage space on your Mac. Do not use a third party app.
