How do I export with source time code for all layers in Final Cut Pro?

I am trying to export a 23-minute project in Final Cut Pro 11 with embedded project time code and source time code from the multiple layers where the curser sits. When using titles/generator/elements/timecode, it will only show you all the timecode of the layers, but it doesn't embed the timecode of each layer when exporting. I know that if you go to window/source timecode, it will embed just one layer, but I need all the layers to be embedded for sharing.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but in this example I have a stack of four video clips above a background clip, and I want to show the source time code for each clip and the time code of the sequence:

If I apply the Timecode effect to each layer (I apply the effect twice to the bottom layer so I can display the sequence time and the source clip time) I can get the timecode to display the info I want:

You can find the timecode effect by going to Effects > All and search for Timecode.
