How can I restore Snapchat camera access when it’s missing from iPhone XR settings?

Sometimes Snapchat will randomly remove my camera access and when I go to settings to fix it, the option isn’t there, and when I go to the camera section in privacy, there are no apps there and no way to give Snapchat camera access. I’ve also tried deleting and redownloading the app but that doesn’t work either, also this isn’t a issue with low battery disabling specific settings.
