I want to upgrade my iPhone 7 to iOS 16 pls help me out

An iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU.

That is NOT possible. iOS 15.8.4 is as high as an iPhone 7 can go. It can't run iOS 16, 17, 18 or the soon to be released iOS 26. If you need a higher version iOS than your 9 year old phone can support, then it's time to retire your old phone and buy a new one.
