Unable to backup files via Time Machine on my MacBook Air

I got a weird message from Time Machine during backup that says it “could not back up" a file which caused the operation to fail. I'm unable to attach the file so I did what I think is the next best thing and posted a screenshot of its properties. It was created from merging my hard drive with another. Can anyone detect anything concerning?

That's the whole issue...?

—I would delete the pdf and try again.

—make a copy and delete the original (?)

—you could try adding it to the exclude list...

try something different, report back your success or failure
