I doubt that a Forced Restart will help, but it certainly won't hurt to give it a try a few times.
If no help from the Forced Restart, this confirms that there are hardware problems with your iPhone. Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

Did you mean to say that you are doing a Software Update? If yes, the most recent version is iOS 18.6.2, but if the iPhone is restarting frequently, it may not be possible to complete the update.
Unfortunately, newer software is not going to fix a hardware problem.

I did the Software Update but also DFU-modus via my MacBook but unfortunately I didn't work.
Another clear indication of hardware problem(s) on the phone, which will require service at the Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop.
