I have an iPhone SE with the operating system iOS 15 and it is non-responsive because it has a square around the icons and when I turn my phone on, it has a square around the clock and it won’t let me do anything else

It sounds like you have VoiceOver on. This feature does change how you operate iPhone, so there are certain ways to operate and turn it off. First, try asking Siri to turn Voiceover off. Then, try triple clicking the Home Button. Lastly, place your finger on the bottom of your iPhone and slowly swipe up halfway and release your finger once you feel the haptic. You should be prompted with the passcode, tap each digit twice quickly to enter. Continue to do that for your passcode, then make your way to Settings > Accessibility > Voiceover using the same double tap way.
