I restored my new iPhone from a backup of my old iPhone using my Mac. After the restore was complete, it asked me for a four-digit passcode. But when I enter the passcode from my old iPhone, it says it’s incorrect and locks me out. Can you help?
Is this a new to you or actually a brand new iPhone you purchased from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller? What you're describing sounds like you bought a used phone, which was never prepared correctly for a new user.
Please provide more details about the phone.
