What specific integration are you looking to avoid? Safari is just a web browser and would depend on the sites you have chosen to visit or the Search Engine that you have chosen to use.
For example, if you choose Google Search and do not like the AI results that Google displays, then choose a different search engine like Duck Duck Go that does not display an AI summary like what is found with Google.
AI has just become a buzzword to encompass many different things. Your computer uses Machine Learning to reduce red eye in photos, adjust lighting when using the camera, autocorrection when typing, understanding spoken words when using Siri, and much, much more. Machine Learning is nothing more than Artificial Intelligence using a different name and has long been used on the Mac.
If there is a specific feature you are looking for that is not found in Safari, you can send Feedback to Apple here:
Hello Jim,
Thank you for your response; I apologize for my delayed reply; I am traveling in an RV & this has been a busy week.
I use Safari in the Private mode & the DuckDuckGo search engine. I have Malwarebytes virus protection & VPN. A recent article in the Malwarebytes News Letter on Agentic Browsers & prompt injection prompted my concern about AI.
The article & all of the details are at https://www.malwarebytes.com/blog/news/2025/08/ai-browsers-could-leave-users-penniless-a-prompt-injection-warning?utm_source=iterable&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=b2c_pro_oth_20250901_septemberweeklynewsletter_v1_175641691852&utm_content=Prompt_Generate_Keyboard
