3 kernel panics in the past 3 months???

I had this kernel panic on 9/8 - see below. I also had a kernel panic back on 7/26 that had a different cause - the July panic seemed to be linked to an antivirus software that I had installed, so I uninstalled that. There was a kernel panic back in June as well, but unfortunately I did not save that report.

Can anyone help me with what the cause might be of this latest kernel panic? I'm worried that with so many recent months that I might be in for a hardware failure soon, but that is pure conjecture at this point. Anyone want to share their thoughts or experiences? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

The backtrace indicates you are in the USB driver code

But the AppleVTD implies video (but I could be wrong about that).

Are you using DisplayLink software? Again this is just a guess.

But I would suspect that maybe there is something USB connected to your system that is misbehaving.

You could try unplugging different USB based devices and see if the problem goes away. I realize this could be a very long an tedious process if it is only happening once a month.

BobHarris - thanks so much for your response!

I have a USB hub plugged in all the time (USB-C from computer, 3 USB-A ports on the hub for peripherals). Most of the time, the hub just has a lightning cable plugged into it for connecting my iPhone to the computer; however, sometimes it also has a generic USB-A webcam plugged in as well (like today when this latest kernel panic happened). The webcam has been having very glitchy behavior in Zoom lately - so, that would cover USB and video issues. It's a very cheap product, so it would seem like a likely suspect. I'll try leaving it unplugged for a while and see what happens, or maybe I'll just get a newer/better webcam.

Thanks again for your help! Much appreciated!
