Workout app background overlay on Apple Watch Series 7

when I Open my workout App, I See this weird overlay of two different workout screens simultaneously. I have tried restarting the App, refreshing the memory,but to no avail.

I have watchOS 11.6.1 and it’s a Series 7 45mm
