FaceTime, Messages, and Photos not syncing on 2020 MacBook Air

My 2020 MacBook Air has recently acted a little weird. FaceTime doesn't work at all. It will let me in but calls fail. My messages will send but don't say delivered, and I only receive responses on my phone. The responses come in much later on my computer. My photos also won't sync, it says Mac must cool down but it is cool. My software is updated, I'm logged in with my Apple ID, and I have a stable network connection
