Cannot accept invitation on iphone

I cannot accept invitations on my iPhone but can on my Mac or an old iPhone device. I THINK it is connected with having outlook accounts also on my iPhone (which I do not have on the Mac or old iPhone). I think there is some incompatibility but no idea if it’s fixable
