No Sound on AirPods 4

No Sound on AirPods 4

My AirPod 4 are connected to my Toshiba Smart TV but I have no sound. They will change the channel on the TV so I know they are connected. I have tried disconnecting and resetting the tv but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Have you tried resetting AirPods to factory settings? If not, then try it, maybe it will help - you need to make 6 taps on the case (first 2 taps, then 2 more taps, and then 2 more taps, they blind red and they will need to be adjusted)
