The series I have purchased and downloaded on my iPad on the Apple TV app a while ago suddenly don’t have sound any longer. However the Dune films I recently downloaded have sound, so it cannot be the app itself. What can I do to get the sound back on the series without having to purchase them again?

Close the Apple TV App and restart iPad.
If the series is still available could you try deleting the download and downloading again?

Yes, thanks, that worked. I deleted the series and downloaded them again. I wasn’t sure I could do that without paying again, but it worked!
