Recovering deleted photos from iCloud on iPhone

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

If you have any other devices listed at Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom, they can be used to delete photos from iCloud also.

A. Check iCloud Photos:

Did you try iCloud Photos directly? Go here, and see if they are indeed not seen: Go Here: https://www.icloud.com/photos. If seen, download them: Photos and videos

B. Download All of iCloud Drive:

You can download all of iCloud to an external hard drive, and then search through the iCloud download using a the Search Bar on the top-right corner of a new Finder window. Use my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip
