Is upgrading to the iPhone 16 worth it for better gaming performance and Apple Intelligence?

I’m debating upgrading to the iPhone 16. I play some more graphics intensive games, and my iPhone 15 get pretty warm playing some of them. Other than that I just do a bunch of other things, like scrolling through emails. Is “Apple Intelligence” actually good is the main thing I’m wondering. Thx!
