Hello. I have the following situation. I bought a 16 Pro Max 256 GB black titanium from Verizeng. I have insurance for it from Apple. On July 25, I lost it and can't find it. I can't apply for insurance because it sometimes appears in Apple ID and sometimes disappears. I have a question for you, how does this happen and how can I get a new phone.

Where exactly are you seeing this disappearance and reappearance?
Are you talking about your device list? The only way it could disappear and reappear from that is if your account is compromised and somebody keeps on removing it and signing back in again with your account information.
