How do I resolve frequent MacBook Pro freezing problems?

for no apparent reason. attached is the error. i dont think it's hardware flaw it feels like software because before the freeze it runs fine. i tried to run apple diagnostics which reported no issues, and the cleanmymac app. any ideas? help is greatly appreciated

Please download and run (free) EtreCheck, and share the results to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, and press the Additional Text button that looks like a printed page, and paste and post the hardware and software configuration report here. From that, we can get a little more detail about what is installed and what is running here.


I would remove the add-on cleaner app as well, as those apps are among a group of add-on apps that can cause stability and integrity issues. Some add-on cleaner apps and add-on security apps can further cause corruptions, which can mean a re-install.
