Apple Music through Verizon not restoring after service reconnect
Verizon covers my Apple Music. When my Verizon service was briefly disconnected for a late bill, Apple Music stopped working—my library disappeared and the app only let me “join” by paying. This never happened before; in past disconnections, Apple Music stayed active. My Verizon service has been restored for over a week, Verizon confirms the perk is still active, and we tried resets, updates, and restarts. Sync Library isn’t even showing in settings. Verizon says they’ve exhausted all options and told me to contact Apple. How do I get my Apple Music subscription and library back under my Verizon perk?
