IPhone DCIM not avail in My PC to transfer pictures.
Iphone 13 works fine with other PCs to transfer pictures. However my Dell Latitude 5580 cannot see DCIM Apple drive. Tried everything. Removed drivers, etc. Thanks. Bob

Also, my IPad has the same problem... different cables..... it won't connect to see the DCIM drive either.... on the Dell pc and the HP pc. But works fine on three other Dell PC's... all laptops. Went to Apple for drivers and reloaded what they suggested. Loaded ITunes app, even though I don't use it. Thought maybe somehow PICTURES were dependent on ITunes... not sure. thanks for any help.
